You remember the guy in this picture, right? That’s former Louisville Cardinal Brian Brohm. Remember when he and Michael Bush (now with the Raiders) were tearing up opposing defenses in college? Now it has become a classic case of “Where are They Now?” Brohm was a highly rated guy coming out of college and was drafted by the Green Bay Packers. But now he’s gone from being the Packers’ backup at one point to the Packer practice squad to now the Buffalo Bills.

While Buffalo may not be the greatest of places to go right now, you can’t really blame the guy I guess. He’s at least on the active roster in Buffalo. Not on the practice squad.

But just always remember that a great college quarterback doesn’t always translate to a great NFL quarterback. Example one, Eric Crouch. And now Brohm has unfortunately become a part of that discussion as well.

Interesting pick-up by the Bills. I wonder if Buffalo will turn to Brohm in the case that Ryan Fitzpatrick plays inconsistently (who is also a replacement for the original starter, Trent Edwards).
