Lately, many of the discussion amongst NFL analysts has involved the “possibility” of LeBron James joining the NFL. Though this is basically a one in a million shot, ESPN and other NFL stations have been salivating about the the chance of King James in the NFL. Even BlitzNation did an article covering LeBron James‘ possible entry in the NFL. But is LeBron really the best basketball player who could switch to football? Take a look at “The Answer”.

Allen Iverson, who has recently been released by the Memphis Grizzlies, needs a new team. Could an NFL team be the answer? Not likely, but hey, I decided to throw this out there. A.I. was a very good high school football Quarterback according to many scouts. Some even say he could have been an NFL QB at one point. If you haven’t already, check out the above video of Allen Iverson’s high school highlights, and you make the decision.

We all know about LeBron James’ basketball ability, but do you know he was a very good talent in football. He had a ton of offers from Division 1 schools, but ultimately chose basketball. You can view a few of his plays below, despite there not being more footage of his football playing days, just imagine him as a Tight End in the NFL?

After looking at those highlights, AI was a really good QB in HS. I knew he played HS football but never saw any highlights. I heard his mom made him quit because he might get hurt. Not a bad choice, except he’s being an idiot now about playing time in the NBA>
