The blog world is going crazy right now in anticipation of the Sunday night affair without Big Ben. The Steelers, under Mike Tomlin, have it right with their third string quarterback. Dixon is an athletic play maker, who can run your practice squad in several ways and if called upon give the defense a drastically different approach.

Everyone is anticipating him being rolled out of the pocket often, but who knows what wrinkles they have installed. No-one has a clue what looks he has ran during practice squads or elsewhere. Plus, Dixon has learned under Charlie Batch, one of the better mentors in the league. Expect the playbook to be opened up and the Ravens may have gotten their wish, but sometimes you need to be careful what you wish for!
