In case you haven’t heard, there’s an NFC title game taking place today in New Orleans, as the Saints host the Vikings, in what should be a very high-scoring affair. While the Vikings are probably the better defensive team, the Saints are probably the better offensive team. Those two aspects clash together, so we’re sure to see a great contest today. More »

It’s almost time for the AFC Championship to get underway in Indianapolis, and it’s a chance for the Indianapolis Colts to get revenge on the New York Jets for ruining their perfect season. But, this one is about more than revenge. It’s about a spot in the Super Bowl, and you can bet that both teams will bring their absolute best today at Lucas Oil Stadium. More »

After getting rid of a nasty little playoff win-less streak last week, the Dallas Cowboys look to make their way back to the NFC Title game. But first, the Minnesota Vikings stand in their way, and prevent some very interesting challenges for this Cowboys’ team. More »

If you’re not impressed with the way the Dallas Cowboys are playing football then you’re not really a fan of the game. Watching a team on a run as the Cowboys are on is beyond impressive. You feel the stars are aligned for Big D as they roll through opponents week after week. The Cowboys enter this game on Sunday doing everything well. They run the ball well, they pass it well and their defense is playing SO well they could actually be without that good offense and still win games. More »

For all the controversy that surrounded the Indianapolis Colts in the final few weeks of the season, we have to remember one thing. They were still the best team in football during the regular season, and they have their mind set on winning the Super Bowl. So since game day is here, it’s time to throw out all the talk about previous weeks. It’s win or go home today. More »

Here we have another argument for the correct way to approach the playoffs. The Baltimore Ravens should probably just be happy they made it in. They were uneven at the end of the season, beating Oakland and Chicago but losing a close game to Pittsburgh. They’ve fought and clawed their way in behind Ray Rice and a dominating defense. The Colts, on the other hand, decided that once they secured home field advantage, they would get healthy and be prepared to handle their opponent. They’ve won every game they tried their hardest, and were beating the Jets (another playoff team) until coach Jim Caldwell enraged the entire midwest and pulled Peyton Manning. This one will be a battle of wills, rest vs. momentum, and I’ll put my money on momentum. More »

The Arizona Cardinals walked away last week with a lucky win after allowing the Green Bay Packers to tie the game at 45 forcing overtime. Their defense was absolutely horrible and carrying that act on the road to New Orleans must have Cardinals fans extremely nervous. More »

If we’re wondering which game should provide the most fireworks this weekend, you don’t have to look any farther than Cardinals vs. Saints. It’s a battle of two high-powered offenses, and two teams that will need their defenses to step up and make big plays if they want to move on to the NFC Championship game. More »

The last game of Wild Card weekend will be the last of three Week 17 rematches and may be the best out of three games. The Green Bay Packers have been playing alot better and the Arizona Cardinals have been on and off this season. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers have been getting alot better protection and should be the difference in this game. More »

The final game of Wild Card Weekend should be the game with the most scoring. With the Green Bay Packers and Arizona Cardinals boasting two of the top passing offenses in the league, this is sure to be a back-and-forth battle. Last week these teams met in Arizona, and it was a total blowout in favor of the Packers. However, the Cardinals did not play most of their starters, so this one should be a lot more exciting. So strap in your seatbelts and get ready for a wild ride from the desert! More »
