To some people, it’s just March 1st. But for NFL fans, this should feel like Christmas day. Why? Because we have official reports that a certain player named Pacman Jones could be making his return to the league. He is scheduled to work out for NFL scouts on March 19 according to reports. More »


For all the injuries and inconsistency the Eagles’ offensive line has gone through this season, they have been rewarded graciously by the league. According to official results from the NFL.com website, the Birds’ line has been nominated as a candidate for the Madden Most Valuable Protectors award. The honor, which was established this season, is designed to acknowledge the best offensive front in the league, annually in the form of a bronze trophy depicting a castle wall made up of five offensive lineman. With trade acquisition Jason Peters earning a Pro-Bowl appearance at the Left Tackle spot, Todd Herremans rebounding from a preseason surgery to play successfully at multiple Guard spots, and C Jamaal Jackson and RT Winston Justice both performing at a constant level throughout the year, the Eagles seem to have a decent chance of earning the award. Things have been going well for the most part for the Tennessee Titans since their 59-0 loss to the New England Patriots many weeks ago. The Titans have found their way back in the playoff hunt, and after the 0-6 start, now stand at 7-7 on the season. But they got some bad news today, as linebacker Keith Bulluck will miss the rest of the season after suffering a torn ACL in Sunday’s game against the Dolphins and linebacker David Thornton is also out for the year.
